We reached out to Daniel at Shine Cleaning Services out of the blue, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Daniel is extremely nice, a great communicator, and truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Justin does a fantastic job, and is very nice and respectful. They are clear about what is included and are also flexible on any additional requests. They are fair and very trustworthy. Very good people and they do a great job. Shine Cleaning Service is exceptional! They returned my call same day and were able to accommodate my cleaning needs on the requested date. Great customer service and follow up communication. Michelle and Kathy showed up on time and were extremely accommodating as both my husband and I work from home. They did such a great job detail cleaning every inch of our home. Working full-time with a child, it's not easy to stay up on household chores. For the first time ever, I looked into cleaning services, specifically for the bathrooms (at least to start out). After a few contacts and quotes, I went with Shine because of the friendly customer service and very reasonable quote. It only went up from there. Scheduling was so easy. Michelle came out and did a FANTASTIC job! She went above and beyond what I had even anticipated would be covered in services. I couldn't be happier with her attention to detail and thoroughness. My in laws were out of town and my wife and I wanted to surprise them with a deep cleaned house when they got back.  We got ahold of Shine Cleaning and they came out right away and did an amazing job.  They were very professional and responded quickly to us.  My in laws were so impressed with the quality of work that they set up a monthly cleaning service with them! Shine Cleaning Services just took over cleaning our offices and baseball facility and it has never been so clean! They go above and beyond what is expected. We had just moved out of our house and were preparing it for renters. We had retiled the floor and there was construction dust everywhere. The blinds were caked with dust and the refrigerator had been unplugged so mold was growing inside. Daniel and his team were amazing! I can’t believe how clean they got that refrigerator! And they meticulously wiped down every blind in the house. Something I was dreading to have to do myself. The whole house just shined when they were done, making it move-in ready. It was my first time using a cleaning service. Daniel was so easy to communicate with and super quick with his response time. The crew was punctual and very detail oriented. They cleaned things I 100% would have missed on my move out. I hired them for a move out cleaning. My job ended up being more than quoted (I was NOT at all surprised by this.. long hair German Sheppard to thank!) but Daniel let me know it was taking longer than quoted sight unseen and asked if I was ok with the further charges. Shine Cleaning Service were great! I highly recommend them. First time having a cleaning service to clean my house and was very impressed by the performance and customer satisfaction. Why I hire them? I have an almost 4 month year old baby and 3 animals total. I usually do a great job of cleaning but been needing to get the house a deep clean. I hit up a couple of cleaning service but Shine Cleaning Service was more intriguing due to quick response, price, book to schedule, and great reviews from the past customers. Daniel was quick to respond with any questions or concerns I may have. Justin and the rest of the team that cleaned my house were pleasant and very good to my animals. Our toilet had overflowed and left a huge stinky mess in our bathroom. However, the Shine Cleaning technicians were very professional and did am amazing job! I found this cleaning company in yelp and I hired them to clean my hours last week which was the first time. Personally, I am super picky because I would like my hours super clean. OMG! Guess what! I think I made an amazing decision. Because the owner Daniel is super responsibility and my cleaner Zarrah is awesome! Zarrah cleaned everything and everywhere I asked her to do and she did great job! I am super happy now because I don't need to worried about cleaning my house from now on! Lol! Beyond impressed! I originally booked with a different company and switched fairly last minute. Daniel was just so responsive and friendly and made me feel like we would be well taken care of!--And we were! Highly highly recommend!

Backstory: we were moving out of our rental because we just purchased a home. We didn't want to have to worry about cleaning up (moving is a big undertaking on its own). We contacted several places and shine cleaning services seemed to offer the most comprehensive move out cleaning service. For the price we felt like they would more than fulfill our needs! The house looks better than when we moved in! Everyone was so professional and friendly and willing to go over certain areas we felt required more time. Daniel even contacted us afterwards to find out how our experience was and let us know that if anything was missed they would return free of charge. Would definitely use them again in the future!
